There is the Grand Canyon Helicopter Tour and the Ranch adventure Helicopter Tour that lands at a working ranch in the canyon and they serve you a great lunch there. Horseback riding in cowboy country can include lunch on the trail or a BBQ at the end. The tour people will even drive you there and pick the perfect horse for you, no experience necessary.
